Emory University Hospital is a 23 bed Surgical- Transplant Intensive Care Unit that offers an opportunity to work with a high acuity and diverse patient population.
The RN Nurses that serves in this role are required to be a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team of care givers who ensure patients, families and significant others receive individualized high quality, safe patient care. Clinical environment administered by Nurse Managers and other leaders and supported through the Emory Shared Governance Model. RN Nurses are licensed, knowledgeable and uphold the practice of nursing as outlined by Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and implements the Scope of Practice and Code of Ethics Standards by the American Nurses Association.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Two years experience as an RN with a minimum of two years of experience in the area of concentration.
- Must have a valid, active unencumbered Nursing license or temporary permit approved by the Georgia Licensing Board. Certification preferred.
- BLS required and ACLS may be required in designated departments.
- If promoted internally or hired externally, the incumbent must complete UCN/SNM criteria requirements within nine months of promotion or hire, including completion of Enhancing your Communication HLC#6488, completion of formal preceptor training workshop and enrollment in LEAP course.

RN Clinical III- Critical Care
Salary: $26.52- 48.27. The salary of the position is based on specific criteria met within the qualifications as well as the specialty area, relevant experience, skills, performance and internal equity. This position is eligible for shift differentials.
