JOB DESCRIPTION:
We’re seeking a Nurse Manager responsible for planning, coordinating and directing the daily operations of In-Vitro Fertilization.
- Supervises clinical staff and facilitates communication with physicians and internal administrators to provide optimal patient and family-centered care.
- Is recognized as a change agent and routinely leads efforts to strengthen organizational systems that support the mission, vision, and values of the department.
- Adept at creative problem-solving, negotiating conflict, and collaborating with others.
- Demonstrates insight, judgment, and clinically sound risk-taking.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Two years of experience as an RN with one (1) year of experience in a leadership capacity.
- All nurses employed in roles requiring an unencumbered nursing license must have a valid, active license or temporary permit approved by the Georgia Licensing Board. Certification preferred. BLS certification required and ACLS may be required in designated departments
NOTE:
- IVF Care Coordination Experience is preferred
Salary range: $30.12- 54.82/HR
- The salary of the position is based on specific criteria met within the qualifications as well as the specialty area, relevant experience, skills, performance and internal equity.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
(Medium): 20-50 lbs; 0-33% of the work day (occasionally); 11-25 lbs, 34-66% of the workday (frequently); 01-10 lbs, 67-100% of the workday (constantly); Lifting 50 lbs max; Carrying of objects up to 25 lbs; Occasional to frequent standing & walking, Occasional sitting, Close eye work (computers, typing, reading, writing), Physical demands may vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks.

Environmental exposures include, but are not limited to: Blood-borne pathogen exposure Bio-hazardous waste Chemicals/gases/fumes/vapors Communicable diseases Electrical shock, Floor Surfaces, Hot/Cold Temperatures, Indoor/Outdoor conditions, Latex, Lighting, Patient care/handling injuries, Radiation, Shift work, Travel may be required. Use of personal protective equipment, including respirators, environmental conditions may vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks.
